Digital Disruption Strategy
We achieved a massive improvement in system throughput and user retention by decoupling the legacy monolith and introducing event-driven microservices.
"AirTech transformed our scalability roadmap beyond our wildest expectations."
— CTO, Global EnterprisesThe Problem Statement
The client's existing infrastructure was struggling with peak-load concurrency. Inconsistent data synchronization across geographical nodes led to a 15% increase in session failures. Furthermore, the slow API response time (avg. 1.8s) was affecting user retention rates severely.
Our Technical Blueprint
Phase 1 involved a total audit of the database layer and identifying high-latency queries. We introduced Redis for caching and migrated the main application layer to a containerized environment (AWS EKS) to allow for horizontal scaling based on metric thresholds.
Phase 2 focused on frontend performance. By using server-side rendering with Next.js and optimizing asset delivery through a global CDN, we reduced Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) by 60%.
